How much does custom software cost?
Custom software at Giants and Robots costs 5,000 euro (Small), 15,000 euro (Medium) or 35,000 euro (Large), excl. VAT. Pay on delivery, or lease to own over 12, 24 or 36 months. On a 24-month lease, Small is a first payment of 1,000 euro, then from 258 euro a month: 183 euro development plus maintenance from 75 euro, which every lease includes. If you pay on delivery, maintenance is optional. External services, such as plugins, apps and APIs, are for your account, at cost. For Medium and Large projects you can start with a 30-day pilot for 7,150 euro, plus any AI costs. Larger projects are quoted.

How the prices work
- Pay on delivery: a first payment at signing, the rest in milestones set in the quote.
- Lease to own: the same first payment, then a fixed monthly development fee over 12, 24 or 36 months. You own the system at the end of the term.
- The first payment depends on the size, and counts towards the project cost.
- The lease fee includes 5% per year of the term on the amount after the first payment. It is fixed for the whole term.
- Maintenance covers hosting, fixes, security updates and backups. It is quoted per system, part of every lease, and optional if you pay on delivery. It has its own line on the quote and on every invoice.
- AI costs, licences, and the costs of external plugins, apps, APIs and services are for your account, at cost. We estimate them in your quote.
- List prices, first payments and maintenance fees rise 5% on 1 January. A running lease, maintenance included, does not change.
- Monthly lease amounts on the site are rounded to whole euros. Invoices show the exact amount.
- Services such as the AI scan, training and audits are invoiced weekly.
- If you sign for a build within 90 days of an AI scan report or the end of a pilot, its fee comes off the project cost.
- All prices are excl. VAT.
Additional work during the term
Work you ask for after the build is spread evenly over the months remaining on the lease, rather than invoiced as a separate bill.

The effect is that changes stay affordable and predictable, and you are never handed an unexpected invoice mid project.
Guns for hire
You pay by the hour or by the output. This suits defined pieces of work, ongoing support, and cases where you want senior capacity without a full project.
What if you disappear?
You own the code. That is the point of lease to own. If we stopped trading tomorrow, your system keeps running and any developer can pick it up. We hand over code and documentation, and we train your team if you want that.
How it compares to SaaS
With SaaS you pay every month indefinitely and the product is never yours. With lease to own you pay for a fixed term, the product is built around your business, and then the development payments stop.

How much does a website cost?
A website at Giants and Robots costs 2,500 euro (Small), 5,000 euro (Medium) or 10,000 euro (Large), excl. VAT. Pay on delivery, or lease to own over 12, 24 or 36 months. On a 24-month lease, Small is a first payment of 500 euro, then from 117 euro a month: 92 euro development plus maintenance from 25 euro, which every lease includes. If you pay on delivery, maintenance is optional. External services, such as plugins, apps and APIs, are for your account, at cost. Larger projects are quoted.
How much does support and maintenance cost?
Support and maintenance at Giants and Robots starts at 25 euro a month, excl. VAT. We quote the exact monthly fee once we have seen the system; it depends on the size of the system. It is part of every lease, and optional if you pay on delivery. Fixes outside the plan are charged at 125 euro an hour. Support plans for systems someone else built are quoted the same way.
How much does a code audit cost?
A code audit at Giants and Robots costs 2,850 euro (small codebase), 5,700 euro (medium codebase) or 8,550 euro (large codebase), excl. VAT. Fixing the issues is quoted separately.
How much does team training cost?
Team training at Giants and Robots costs 1,200 euro (half day), 2,200 euro (one day) or 4,000 euro (up to 2 days), per group of up to 6 people, excl. VAT. Each extra participant adds 150 euro (half day), 275 euro (one day) or 500 euro (up to 2 days), up to 25 people.
How much does an AI scan cost?
An AI scan at Giants and Robots costs 2,650 euro, excl. VAT, for 3 to 5 days of work. If you sign for a build within 90 days of the report, the fee comes off the project cost.
How much do AI agents cost?
AI agents at Giants and Robots cost 5,000 euro (Small), 15,000 euro (Medium) or 35,000 euro (Large), excl. VAT. Pay on delivery, or lease to own over 12, 24 or 36 months. How much does it cost to roll out Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot?
An AI tool rollout at Giants and Robots costs 6,900 euro for up to 25 people, plus 1,750 euro for each further 25 people or part of 25, excl. VAT. For 50 people that is 8,650 euro, for 100 people 12,150 euro. The licences for the AI tool are for your account.
How much does AI training cost?
AI training at Giants and Robots costs 1,200 euro (half day), 2,200 euro (one day) or 4,000 euro (up to 2 days), per group of up to 6 people, excl. VAT. Each extra participant adds 150 euro (half day), 275 euro (one day) or 500 euro (up to 2 days), up to 25 people. Each session includes a record you can use for your AI literacy measures under the EU AI Act.
How much does it cost to get your AI Act basics in order?
An AI Act pack at Giants and Robots costs 4,000 euro (up to 25 staff) or 7,900 euro (up to 100 staff), excl. VAT. Above 100 staff we quote it. It covers a list of the AI you use, your role for each, a usage policy, an AI literacy record and a transparency check. It is not legal advice.
How much does a fractional AI lead cost?
A fractional AI lead at Giants and Robots costs 1,950 euro a day, booked as 1, 2 or 4 days a month: 1,950, 3,900 or 7,800 euro a month, excl. VAT. Builds and other services are quoted separately.
